kbaji Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and the operator of the kbaji platform ("kbaji", "we", "us", "our"). Access to or use of any part of the kbaji website, betting services, casino games, or account facilities constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kbaji platform and close your account by contacting the support team. kbaji reserves the right to refuse access to any individual who does not accept these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall be the authoritative and governing version for all purposes, including the resolution of any dispute. kbaji operates in English as its official platform language for players in Bangladesh.

Access to the kbaji platform and all associated services is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold a kbaji account :

• You are aged 18 years or older. kbaji enforces a strict minimum age of 18 for all account holders without exception.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not registering or using the platform for any commercial, professional, or business purpose unrelated to personal recreational betting and gaming.
• You have not previously had a kbaji account closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, whether placed voluntarily through the kbaji responsible gaming tools or otherwise.
• You understand that betting and casino gaming carry financial risk, and you are using only funds that you can afford to lose.

Players who become ineligible after registration — for example, by placing themselves under self-exclusion — are required to notify kbaji immediately and must cease all platform activity. Continued use of the platform while ineligible constitutes a breach of these Terms.

To access kbaji's betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process and create a personal account. The following rules apply to all kbaji accounts:

3.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active kbaji account. Creating or attempting to create more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where kbaji identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with the same individual will be closed and any net winnings derived from bonus funds will be voided.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kbaji login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. kbaji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the kbaji support team immediately via live chat on the platform or by email at [email protected].

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

kbaji reserves the right to request identity verification documentation — including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (NID or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any time. Account withdrawals may be suspended pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account closure.

All financial transactions on the kbaji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern all deposits and withdrawals made by registered players.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kbaji currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, bank transfer via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank, plus Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. The current list of accepted methods is always displayed on the kbaji deposit page.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on kbaji is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player account. There is no platform-side maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own limits.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the kbaji account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business days depending on the sending institution. kbaji is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider or the player's bank.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification status. kbaji reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours of a verified request being submitted, though processing times may vary by payment method and verification status.

4.5 Responsible Financial Use

Players are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their kbaji account originate from legitimate sources and are owned by the registered account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using a payment method not registered in your own name, is prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

kbaji offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page, as well as the general conditions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits awarded by kbaji are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying game types are stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Players should review bonus terms in full before opting in to any promotion.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players with one active, verified kbaji account. Players who hold duplicate accounts, have been identified as engaging in bonus abuse, or who have previously breached these Terms are not eligible for bonus offers. kbaji reserves the right to decline bonus applications at its discretion without providing a reason.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting promotional terms in a manner not consistent with normal recreational play, coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk, or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer — is strictly prohibited. kbaji may void any bonus and associated winnings where bonus abuse is identified.

5.4 Expiry

All bonus credits and free bets have an expiry period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus credits or free bets that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account automatically without compensation.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the kbaji platform, covering sports betting, live casino tables, slots, crash games, and any other game format available on the platform.

6.1 Bet Placement

A bet is not valid until it has been confirmed by the kbaji system and a bet reference number has been issued to the player. Players are responsible for checking that their bet details — including selection, stake in BDT, and odds — are correct before confirming placement. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.

6.2 Odds & Market Changes

Odds on kbaji are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. In-play odds during live cricket, football, and other sporting events may fluctuate rapidly in response to match events. If the odds on a selection change between the time a player initiates a bet and the time it is confirmed by the system, kbaji applies the odds at the moment of confirmation as the binding odds for that wager.

6.3 Voided Bets

kbaji reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect odds, bets on markets that were offered in error, or bets where the outcome had already been determined at the time of placement without the player's knowledge. In the event of a voided bet, the stake is returned to the player's account balance.

6.4 Casino & RNG Games

All RNG-based slots and casino games available on kbaji are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined entirely by the provider's certified random number generator systems. kbaji does not modify or influence game outcomes. Any dispute regarding a specific game outcome must be reported to kbaji support, who will request a game log from the relevant provider.

6.5 Live Casino

Live dealer games on kbaji are streamed in real time from professional studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Results of live dealer games are final once announced by the dealer. Technical disruptions on the player's device or internet connection during a live game round do not entitle the player to a refund of a placed bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kbaji platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one kbaji account, whether under the same name or a different identity.
• Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate account activity.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any conduct related to the corruption of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting system errors, technical glitches, or software bugs to generate account credits or winnings not legitimately earned through normal gameplay.
• Using the kbaji platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing or attempting to access the kbaji platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or other method to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any kbaji support agent or other member of the platform community in any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your kbaji account credentials or account balance to any third party.

kbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or payment verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• Player request via the responsible gaming self-exclusion tool or a voluntary closure request submitted to the support team.
• Platform requirement arising from regulatory, legal, or operational changes.

8.1 Balance on Closure

Where a kbaji account is closed at the player's own request (including via self-exclusion), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their last-used withdrawal method, net of any bonus credits that had not met wagering requirements. Processing of this final balance return may take up to 10 business days.

Where an account is closed by kbaji due to a breach of these Terms, kbaji reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation, and to permanently forfeit any balance associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct.

8.2 Self-Exclusion & Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who close their account via the responsible gaming self-exclusion tool are subject to the conditions described in the Responsible Gaming Policy. Self-excluded players will not be targeted with marketing communications and will be blocked from re-registering during the exclusion period. kbaji takes self-exclusion requests seriously and processes them immediately upon receipt.

8.3 Voluntary Closure

Any player who wishes to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the kbaji support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, kbaji will confirm the request, process any remaining verified real-money balance, and deactivate the account within 2 business days.
